Terms & Policies

1.Reservations

• All reservations must be confirmed by email or WhatsApp.
• An advance deposit may be required to guarantee your booking.

2.Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations made up to 3 days before arrival.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival.
• In case of no‑show without prior notice, the total amount will be charged.

3.Date Changes

Changes to reservation dates are possible up to 3 days before arrival, subject to availability.

4.Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• Cash on site (in Moroccan dirhams or euros)
• Credit card (Visa & MasterCard)
• Bank transfer

5.Children & Extra Beds

• Children and infants of all ages are welcome.
• Baby cot available free of charge (upon request).
• Extra bed for children available upon request, with an additional fee.

6.Pets

Pets are not allowed within the property.

7.Swimming Pool

The pool is available from 09:00 to 20:00.

8.Check‑in & Check‑out

• Check‑in: Any time; room keys available from 14:00.
• Check‑out: By 12:00.

9.House Rules

• All rooms are non‑smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Please respect quiet hours after 22:00 to ensure the comfort of all guests.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
